Meet Liv Lowe,
breathwork practitioner.
I offer online breathwork for people who want regular time to step away from daily demands and turn their attention back to themselves.

How I came to breathwork.
For many years, I was caught in a cycle of trying to ‘fix’ myself through rigid routines, restriction and constant self-improvement. I was living almost entirely in my head and had become disconnected from my body and my sense of self.
Breathwork gave me space to feel my emotions rather than run from them or manage them through something external. As I continued with the practice, I began to understand the language of my body, rebuild trust in myself and change the way I relate to myself.
As the work began changing my life, I made the decision to close the marketing agency I had run for nearly a decade and move towards the work I now offer others.
My own journey with breathwork has taken place entirely online, allowing me to work with experienced and compassionate facilitators around the world.
My training and experience.
Training is only one part of working responsibly with others. Continuing with my own breathwork and somatic practice helps me develop the self-awareness to stay grounded and present while holding space for someone else. This ongoing personal commitment is part of the care and integrity I bring to each session.
I worked as an assistant teacher at my breathwork school, supporting students through their facilitator and practitioner training and leading weekly online sessions for people around the world. I continue to build on this experience through further training.
Qualifications
I qualified as an Introspective Breathwork® facilitator in 2023 and completed the practitioner training in 2025.
400+ hours
My training spans more than 400 hours and includes personal practice, facilitation, ethics and trauma-informed learning.
Trauma-informed
Breathwork can bring things to the surface. My trauma-informed training guides the care and awareness I bring to each session.
Memberships
I’m a member of the UK Breathwork Association and certified by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.
Who I work with.
People come to breathwork for many different reasons. You may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, finding it difficult to switch off, or spending so much time dealing with daily demands that you have little time for yourself. You may be looking for a way to regulate your nervous system, feel more connected to your body or make breathwork a regular part of how you look after your wellbeing. You may also simply be curious about how working with your breath might affect the way you feel.
