My services offer breathwork for wellbeing and self-exploration. I facilitate the session and provide guidance within that appointment. You remain responsible for your participation, choices, health and any support you need outside our scheduled time.

I am a breathwork practitioner. I am not a therapist, mental health specialist, relationship coach, life coach or licensed medical professional, and I do not provide diagnosis, treatment or crisis support. Please consult an appropriate qualified professional for medical or psychological concerns. Please let me know about any relevant health conditions or medication before your first session, and tell me if anything changes during a series.

Confidentiality

I value your trust and privacy. Any information shared during sessions or in correspondence will remain strictly confidential unless required by law. If you have opted to receive updates, promotions, or other communications from me, you may unsubscribe at any time. All personal data will be handled in line with current privacy and data protection regulations.

Ethical Standards

I am committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in my practice. I have completed comprehensive ethics training and adhere to the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) Code of Ethics, which emphasises professionalism, integrity, and respect in all client interactions. My role is to provide a supportive space for exploration and self-awareness, always within ethical and professional boundaries.

If you have any concerns regarding ethical considerations, I encourage open communication. You can also review the GPBA Code of Ethics for further understanding of my professional commitments.

Communication and Support

Email outside sessions is for appointments, payment and practical questions about the breathwork practice. Clients who book a series can also use email for integration support between sessions. This is not a 24/7 or crisis support line, and I respond during Monday to Thursday working hours. Anything needing more time can be brought to a scheduled session.

Personal experiences can be brought to a scheduled session where they fall within the scope of breathwork. If you need urgent, medical or psychological support, please contact an appropriate professional or emergency service.

Personal Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact and health information.

Payment

The £75 introductory session is paid in full before the date is confirmed. A four-session series costs £300 and an eight-session series costs £600. Payments are non-refundable once a series has begun, and unused sessions are forfeited if you choose to discontinue.

Four sessions are normally completed within six weeks and eight sessions within ten weeks. Any extension must be agreed in advance.

Monthly online group tickets are sold separately through Eventbrite. Your place is confirmed once payment has been completed. During checkout, you will be asked to review the contraindications, confirm that none apply to you and answer a few short participation questions.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited availability of appointments, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the appointment to another client.

Cancellations made before the 48-hour window will be refunded in full or rescheduled at no charge.

Cancellations made with less notice, or no-shows, will result in a loss of payment.

For monthly group sessions, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the advertised start time are eligible for a full refund. Group tickets cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, and non-attendance, are non-refundable.

If I cancel a group session, or the minimum of 3 participants is not reached, you can transfer your booking to the next available date or receive a full refund.

Contraindications

Introspective Breathwork® may involve physical and emotional processes that could impact individuals with certain health conditions. When booking your first session, please complete the intake form to disclose any relevant conditions.

These sessions aim to help manage stress and facilitate deeper emotional and physical awareness. However, they may not be suitable if you have any of the following:

Psychedelic Substances

Sessions cannot be undertaken while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or psychedelic substances. In addition, my services are not suitable for those who are currently engaged in ongoing ceremonial practices where psychedelic use is a consistent element. This is to ensure your wellbeing and the integrity of the work we do together.

My approach is client-led and trauma-informed. You are responsible for listening to your body and knowing your limits. By choosing to engage in these sessions, you accept full responsibility for your health and well-being throughout the process.
