Who I am

This website is operated by Liv Lowe, a breathwork practitioner trading as livlowe.com. I am the data controller for any personal information collected through this website. You can contact me at liv@livlowe.com.

What data I collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this website, I collect your name, email address, and the information you choose to share about yourself and what's bringing you to breathwork. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to my inbox. Web3Forms processes this information on my behalf in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Group session bookings and payments are processed by Eventbrite. When you book, Eventbrite may collect your name, contact details, payment information and booking responses. Eventbrite processes this information to administer your booking and payment in accordance with its own privacy policy, and shares the information I need to manage the event with me.

When booking a group session, you will be asked to answer a small number of health and participation questions. This may include health information needed to assess whether the practice or group format is suitable for you. I treat this as sensitive information and use it only for your safety and to prepare for the session.

If you accept optional analytics cookies, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure enquiries. Google Analytics may collect information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, your device and browser, and how you arrived at the website. Google may process this information in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can decline analytics cookies when you first visit and change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

How I use your data

The information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry, administer bookings and payments, assess whether a session is suitable for you, communicate practical information and prepare for any sessions we may have together.

If you opt in to receive updates from me, your name and email address will be stored with a third-party mailing list provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. I will never use your data for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt in.

Who has access to your data

Your data is accessible only to me. I will never sell, share, or pass on your personal details to third parties, other than the services described above which process data on my behalf.

How long I keep your data

I retain enquiry form data and session records for as long as we are working together, and for up to 12 months after our last session. After this period, your data is securely deleted unless you request earlier deletion or there is a legal reason to retain it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to request access to the personal data I hold about you, request correction of any inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact me at liv@livlowe.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been handled improperly. You can contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

I may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
